Customer satisfaction is really important to us and we want you to enjoy your candle as much as we have enjoyed creating it for you.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt for further details on how to obtain an exchange or full refund.
Please note however, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on items that have been opened or used and delivery charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When posting items back to us please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we may not be able to replace your item if it is lost in transit.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original order.
